Blog Archive MBA News CBS’s Manhattanville Campus Receives $100M Gift Following Henry R. Kravis’s $100M contribution to Columbia Business School (CBS) in 2010â€"the largest ever received by the universityâ€"Ronald O. Perelman has pledged a matching donation to support the construction of the school’s new Manhattanville campus, the school announced today. With this landmark gift, Perelman, a member of CBS’s Board of Overseers since 1994 and the chairman/CEO of MacAndrews Forbes Holdings Inc., will help fund the development of a more high-tech, collaborative and multifunctional environment at the school, housed in two new facilities. In his honor, one of the new buildings will be named the Ronald O. Perelman Center for Business Innovation. “Columbia Business School has its finger on the pulse of the changing nature of business education,” Perelman stated in a press release, adding, “The School’s commitment to developing transformative business thinkers is unparalleled, and I am pleased to pledge this gift to help them prepare the next generation of global business leaders.” Share ThisTweet Columbia University (Columbia Business School) News
